friendly staff organised breakfast poor heating system small bathroom
The staff WAS friendly and helpful. The breakfast was well organised.
The room was cold and the heating system needs improvement. The bathroom DIDN'T match the pictures advertised. It was so small, you couldn't swing a cat.

tasty options outside balcony
the breakfast was very good i noticed plenty of choice and tasty options were available the staff were very helpful with information about trams and the surrounding areas i also liked that the room had a outside balcony perfect for having a drink.
the parking situation was a bit unclear it would be helpful to know the spaces are first come first served.

charming getaway near south pier
pool table fried mushrooms amazing staff perfect location
the hotel bar area included a pool table, my youngest child loved this. i found the fried mushrooms at breakfast to be an absolute delight. the staff were amazing, they could not do enough for us. the hotel is very close to south pier and pleasure beach.
i noticed a slight need for modernisation in the room decor, but it didn't detract much from my overall lovely stay

the hotel is convenient, a short distance from both south pier and the promenade. it allows for easy access to local attractions, the vibrant atmosphere is close by, yet the hotel retains a sense of peace.

I found the breakfast options extensive, they were well-cooked, and nicely presented. the chef certainly excels. I particularly loved the fried mushrooms. The bar was lovely and offered reasonably priced drinks with a relaxed atmosphere.

breakfast buffet many choices good staff awful smell creaky beds wall proximity
The staff seemed friendly. The breakfast buffet was quite good. It had many choices. The bar area looked big (I didn't try it, though).
The beds were too close to the wall in the family room. The beds were also very creaky. The bathroom emitted an awful smell.

good size room size thin walls room walls
The hotel was clean. The room was a good size.
The walls seemed thin. I could hear everything from the people in the next room. it was a problem because they were loud late at night. it really disrupted my sleep.
